Where are your products produced?
Right here in Canada! We very proudly handcraft every item we sell, in our Niagara Falls studio with a very small team of skilled Canadian workers.
Do you make custom gymnastics or dance items?
We do! However, we can only accept custom orders on a case-by-case basis, and it requires an in-person appointment at our Niagara Falls studio for a custom fitting and design consultation. A deposit and a customer sign-off are also required before production can begin. Please reach out to Spring at spring@wickidwear.ca with serious inquiries only.
How often do you release new patterns/styles?
We typically purchase new fabrics through the summer to be ready for a new launch at the beginning of the class season in September. Will will also typically offer seasonal patterns, colours, or materials around major holidays. Join our mailing list to stay up-to-date with all new item launches!
How do I care for my new Wickid Wear?
We recommend hand washing in cold water and hanging to dry for longevity. Heat breaks down the elasticity of the fabrics, so avoid it whenever possible. When in a pinch, tumble dry on a no-heat setting, but don't make a habit of it!
What fabric materials do you use?
Most of our items are made with spandex, Lycra-esque stretch fabrics with a 80% nylon, 20% spandex composition. Specialty variations (mystique, glitter, velvet, etc) can be filtered using the "Fabrics" filter on the left-hand sidebar on our shop pages.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Stay tuned! We are currently ironing out the details. Join our mailing list to stay in the know about a future loyalty program
Do you offer tracking for packages?
Every order that is shipped from our studio is shipped with tracking numbers, for your (and our) peace-of-mind. Tracking numbers can be found in your shipping confirmation email. We ask that any tracking inquiries be directed to the shipping provider.
What are your order processing timelines?
Since we make most of our products to order in a small studio with a small team here in Canada, please expect 2-4 weeks from the time you place your order to the time we ship. We prefer to extend our processing window and give you a happy surprise if we make it before, rather than having to reach out if we cannot make our promised timeline.
If there is any reason that we cannot make this timeline, we will reach out via email given to us at checkout to inform you and will re-confirm the order before we ship.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping within Canada. We are looking to expand out to the United States as soon as we can! If you live in the US and wish to buy something, please reach out via email with a request including the product you wish to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer discounted or free shipping after a certain dollar amount?
Being a small business, free shipping is just not feasible at this time. We aim to keep our prices as low as possible and affordable, and also pass along any shipping discounts we recieve on to our customers.
We also require that every package that leaves the studio has tracking information, to give you (and us!) the peace-of-mind.
Please know that we regret having to charge for shipping as much as you dislike paying for it.
